I believe everything that I hear, everything posted on TTR, and nothing I see with my own eyes.
That's why my threads have polls, so I know what to do.Canned Spam Thanks this. -
Pretty ###### handy for backing. Hell, any turn of ninety-degrees or more. And since all of this use is at low speeds, it’s the second steering wheel.
I install on the bottom center of the wheel. It’s just not in the way. Used to have it at ten o’clock. It WAS in the way.
By touch, I also know if the wheel is straight or not.Canned Spam Thanks this. -
I've used one ever since I messed up my shoulder in a motorcycle accidentDave_in_AZ Thanks this. -

If I blow a steer tire, (never have I buy good tires and cycle them out way before that's a problem) my "sissy knob" (really?) Will be the least of my worries..
I have one on MY truck, it's handy for backing up. Guess I'm a big "sissy"Canned Spam Thanks this. -

The way I read that is they must be installed on the spoke not on the wheel. So legal but with stipulations.
The Pete I had the steering wheel was built with a spinner mount built in. -
