I didn't put that sleeper on, but yes it is a Merc. I bought that truck in pieces a few years back, it had a later style bunk on it when I got it. I took that off and got the truck to running and driving condition. Tanner Wilkins kept bugging me to buy it as it was a factory 72 ext hood little window 359. When the shop space we were using went up for sale I decided to sell it to them because I knew they would get it finished up (needed interior and finishing touches). Was set up real nice for sure...425 B, 16713a trans, 40k 3.90 air leaf rears from an 03. Hub pilot wheels all around. 379 rad and cac. @Zeviander you come up with 75k I bet it could be bought lol
