Crimany man. 743? That's insane. You da man. I think my heaviest day was 670 or 680. And I barely got my butt in a spot before the last couple minutes ticked off. Never once broke 700. Not even in this unrestricted truck. Just so y'all are aware, being unrestricted doesn't really matter. If you get governed at 70mph we're pretty much the same.

It's all good my fellow redneck. We all have this day coming, every single one of us. My daughter won't. I'm going out in a blaze of glory if I know the end is near. I'm not trying to sound funny, that's how it's gonna go. Take the wife to a dream vacation and have a blast. Come home, get all lit up, then take a shotgun ride to the great beyond. None of that "let's make dad comfortable" garbage. Nope, absolutely not. I was born naked and screaming and covered in blood. God willing, that's how I'm going out. Middle finger up if I can manage it.

Sorry to hear this news, my grandma had Alzheimer's and it was very sad. She smoked cigarettes and my mother and aunt's decided to just take them away without her knowing and when she brought it up they just told her she quit. She didn't smoke anymore after that. It broke my heart when she didn't know who we were anymore. Eventually she couldn't even speak in sentences and just babbled. I'm with you on the taking myself out thing, it's a very sad disease. Hopefully they find a cure for this someday, and early treatment is very beneficial now compared to when she had it, mid 90s.

Yup, a shotgun blast is the only good ticket out. I'm gonna be talking to my stepmom at some point today. Right now he's perfectly functional. But he needs to go see a neurologist. I ain't playin' games with him. Those keys are coming out oh his hands, and soon.

Ill never turn down a meal, especially free, from Briscoe Co lol. The think about my student miles that sometimes get overlooked is yes they are busting out good miles. However unlike you solo guys their clocks can be manipulated a lil. And what I mean by that is we will get as close to receiver as possible on a live unload the day before and shut down. Then I'll leave him in the sleeper for that morning drive to unload so its my 14hr clock possibly getting screwed and not his. They take 5hrs? No big deal hes still got 11 hrs he can drive so its alot easier to knock out the miles when you rarely worry bout your 14.

And the 743miles I did started in CVille i believe and ended somewhere in Wisc with literally 0 on my clock whenngot backed in lol. Rare occasion can go that far and not hit any kind of bs.

Actually it was CVille to somewhere in IL around Bloomington.

Holy moley man, the Ohio Highway Patrol is doing their reputation no favors today. They've already got the rep of having a cop on the road every two feet. It had to be at least triple that today. I understand that it's New Year's Eve, but today was crazy. I had a delivery this morning close to home in Brimfield, then a pickup in Kenton. There were so many cops out it was almost surreal. Now I'm safe at home with a case of beer and a couple packs of smokes, and getting ready to order some delivery. This junkie ain't going nowheres tonight. Be safe out there tonight if you have to drive, it's already crazy and the weather stinks. I don't wanna lose any of y'all tonight. Watch your 6 and be careful.

Heres a tip for some of you new guys or even you more experienced guys that maybe your trainer never told you this......

Always carry some big sandwich plastic baggies like ziploc or the cheaper 1s it doesnt matter. But when dropping a trailer at 1 of our drop lots that doesnt have a mailbox to put the bills and you must use the nosebox....fold your bills, put inside a ziploc, and then place it in the nosebox...this will keep the bills dry for the next driver and you dont end up like me today needing to put bills in front of the heater to dry out because they were dripping wet when I grabbed trailer from East St louis....the bags dont cost much and its just a lil common courtesy.

Great tip. I do that same thing for the trailer certificates in the nose cone.

Well you didn’t get the trailer I dropped in E St Louis a couple days ago. I always put bols in a gallon baggie to go in the nose box. I hope your tip gets spread around.
