Cause they ain’t never had the option of grits or nothing. When that’s all you got you learn to like it.

 

Honest Blair, if you can work on a gas engine, you can work on this old Cummins. Yeah it’s got an ECM, but it’s very basic with just a handful of sensors. A shop manuel, tools, and some knowledgeable folks to bug to death with questions (like I do with these guys on here) and you could work on it.

 

I don’t know guys..

Shrimp and Steak sounds a hell of a lot better than Shrimp and Grits but what do I know...

 

They way you eat, you’ll need a whole pizza anyway. Lol.

 

For some reason, I like grits with fish. Catfish or salmon patties, fried. Heck, I went for some low country cooking and they have shrimp and cheese grits in the restaurants.

 

Absolutely nothing.
