    Because you are not legal hauling a loaded container with overhang unless it is a non-divisible load. Empties are ok ... you suppose I could go find the regulation but I am a lazy ### and it never will apply for me

    You have to "empty" the entire drafts folder, you cannot just delete them, they'll come right back.

    Give me a little bit and I'll take a picture of mine, I'm not at my truck right now
