No signage anywhere. I am confused how are we supposed to know if turn is OK if no signage. Yes it was a tight left, but we make those all the time in most cities.

This guy is fresh out of his 6-week deal. I was in passenger seat and there wasnt a no truck sign and we had a green arrow.

Of course he wasn't cited, get got a warning slip didn't even have to sign anything.

I thought it was ########. There was nothing to indicate we went not allowed.

Is there some trick to telling unmarked forbidden roads? Happened in Charollett NC.

After the cop checked his logs with a blank stare all he said was "dont go down that road no more."

Sometimes cops are fishing for something else. I've had it happen to me.

No signs, fight it in court.

Like most places....they plan for you not to appear. Just pay your fines, etc.

We call this a money grab.

Fight it or pay it. If there really was no signage, fight it in court an prove it. Shouldn't be that hard. Not like your trying to convict OJ here or anything.

    Things required :
    Camera
    Lawyer

    Good luck.

A lot of times you can’t tell until after you’ve committed to the turn.

We take a load into Columbus, OH that the only way to get into it is to go down a very tiny, narrow street that is paved with cobbled bricks, and one side is all street side parking for cars... Its marked no trucks. Its a real bugger to get turned into if there is traffic the other way on it.

You should expect this in much of the south.

I didnt think you could fight a warning in court. It just spares you the fine and the cop doesnt have to go to court like he knows a lot of us will. It just nukes your CDL with 3 points.

I never got a warning so i dont know for sure its just what I read here.

Needless to say hes not having a good day. First week out already got roasted. It could just as easily been me.

Cop made it sound like he was sparing him. He said i wont cite you because I know you are so new. Then he hands him a warning slip. My understanding is those still give you points

Great, here's a guy training that doesn't understand that drivers don't get CSA "points".

Even if he meant driver license points, you can't get points through your home DMV without a conviction.
