    But grain isnt always exempt. Field to elevator is exempt. Elevator to elevator or producers makes it intrastate commerce. Requiring authority.

    Well it’s snowing now. My wife said we got some ice first, so I dunno. Looks like I-40 traffic is running about 30-40 mph.

    As a Wisconsin based company I need an LC number reguardless. That along with my authority allow me to do anything in Wisconsin. The MC number allows me to go out of state
