ok. you'd get stop pay from stop 2 on. 32cpm is just to start I'd say. Dont let that scare you off . stop pay helps pad the check.....

my experience , dedicated offers steady miles, therefore consistent checks. the support staff is actually helpful if issues arise. I'd also guess you would see between 2200 and 2500.

and after 6 months, if you wanted, you could request a transfer. once a replacement was found you'd be cut loose to the new gig. either another account or switch boards to otr/regional.

Cool Thanks. Yeah I wasn't sure what other type of pay would be included the recruiter just gave me a rough estimate and there might some additional pay they just needed to verify my experience. I was wondering if the trucks are all auto now or if they still have manual especially on this dedicated account. Also when I talked to the recruiter they said that when you go home for your weekend that the truck does not need to be parked at the DC But you could park at the OC or an approved schneider location. Which I wonder if that means you could possibly get approved to take it home or if not what location in the bend to La Pine area would be an approved location. It would be nice to have the truck the closest to my home as possible which means less commute time and most importantly save a little bit on fuel for my F150 LOL.

depends on your property if they'd approve that. scout around for boat/rv storage places. truck and trailer repair lots etc...

hell there may even be an sni drop lot near enough...

main criteria I think would be secured. @gentleroger can confirm or deny any of the info shared.

I would try asking for the ops manager email, or ask the recruiter to get the answers for you.

Even money this particular account is not dc to store, but final mile, using lift gates. We are growing our final mile, and since there are no VTL properties within 75 miles of Bend, I'm guessing we have a new final mile site there.

I don;t understand your last post and could you explain to me what a typical day is like on this account. and I don"t understand how it would not be from dc to store. and according to the job positing it is a no touch freight

    Thanks

If there was a Target DC in Bend, OR I would assume it was DC to store. Since there isn't one, it makes me wonder. The pay structure you mentioned is also similar to what I've heard from Target/Home Depot final mile guys.

As you talk with the recruiter ask specifically what you will be doing. None of us run that account, so we can't be sure.

I've done Target DC runs from the rail yards. I do love Target loads. They're light and the drops are in and out fast with a drive-up window. Don't even have to get out of the truck at the gate.

I suggest you drive to the DC and talk to the Schneider drivers. Get there before the sun goes down and 90% chance you'll find Bobtails lined up outside the gate. Catch them before they go to sleep. But you can also ask the recruiter to give you the number to the manager at the DC and they'll talk to you. I've had a few of them call me when I express the slightest interest in a DC account. I know they're easy gigs with decent pay. Only reason I never did it was the commute. Home time is king for me.
