Take chicken breast, spread mascarpone on it with some salt and pepper, roll it up and wrap bacon around it then 1 hour in a 375 oven. As for the riced cauliflower, frozen ot of the bag, sauteed in a skillet with butter, topped with mascarpone, creme fraiche, parmesan and chives.

 

Might have missed it but how did you secure that container? I think I see chains?

 

Secured with chains on the bottom... 8 Chains.

2 are indirect pulling backwards and the rest are direct.

Well.....the temp got to 40 today and was a sloppy mess everywhere and yes she's dirty. Lol
