Too bad human beings with brains aren't involved in the hiring process. Oh wait. Just try to get the hiring manager on the phone. Persuasion is a powerful ally in the real world.

Fired for violation of company policy isn’t too harsh.
Just say you were fired, but give a different reason.

Just keep putting apps in. Law of averages. Someone is bound to hire you.
Try the second chance companies like Trans Am or Western Express.

This how every company will look it it.
    And ask.

So you was drinking in a company truck. On a 10 hr brake? With a company that has a 0 tolerance policy?. While you was training with a mentor?.. And blameing the trainer who tricked you?...

They going to go how stupid can this guy posdible be... Do i want someone this stupid in my truck? Should someone this stupid even be drinking killing off last 2 brain cells he has?

Never drink or have a sealed, open or empty container of alcohol in the cab of a commercial vehicle.
