Good on you Sawmill. Helped him out, didn't berate him, I'm sure you were straight up with him about everything, couldn't have had a better person for a first step to getting started in a successful career. If he's willin to work and listen as you say, he's well on his way. We all gotta start somewhere, in a perfect world he would have had an idea about everything before he jumped into it, hope it works out for him.
