Riiight. Small time weed dealers and serial killers/rapists are in the same category. A couple kids with a little weed on them should be locked away. If they were in certain states here in the US they might have been.

I will let you into a secret a cop told me once.
Drugs are everywhere, even in the smallest godforsaken town.
Right now somebody is doing somekind off drug near you.
    You just don't know.
Might even be your 60y old neighbour.

Wouldn’t surprise me one bit-inspite of the fact that 1/4 of my neighbors work for the state police-including my wife.
She would love to get her hands on some “evidence”!lol

i do not believe that was the "point" of my posting...

point being, was that "just because" they were proficient in spelling and grammar, and punctuation, the judge let them go....

so in other words, if a rapist, sexual predator, serial killer and others are just as good with grammar, spelling, punctuation....they should all be set free as well????

where does the stupidity of this judge end, and can anyone really trust him now to be hard core sentancing, or a snow flake that needs to be shoveled to the side of the road..>????

you really need to ask what a person means to say or meant to say, before you spout off like a fool.....

i would have GLADLY explained myself, had you asked like a gentleman, rather than speak like a fool....

even the o/p "thanked" my posting....what does that say..???

    he got the point...!!!!

Yeah that judge is a bit lame in saying that but they didn't really get off. 12 months community service and 100 hrs.of unpaid work for a small amount of pot and a dime bag a coke is pretty rough.

at least, the GOOD thing about community service, (from what i have seen on tv reality police shows) is that YOU do not pick your hours. the organization you get assigned to, DOES...and the unpaid work, well that's a good thin too, let them feel the full effects of working for nothing.

but frankly, i have to be cautious with this judge, and his future sentencings..

i wonder too, if judges there are "elected" or appointed for life..
