Yes, we have. It is so nice to have all the tools organized, and a place for everything. We have only tried to use the waste oil recovery once, but it didn't work well. It was final oil from an excavator, and also below zero when we changed it. I think it may have a diaphragm that needs replacing, but we'll look into it when things slow down.

Other than that it has been great! I can't believe how much we have used the little crane.

    Thanks for asking!

Honestly, if done correctly, there shouldn't be much difference if any. It's a great way to cook up larger amounts of foods, get thicker stuff cooked all the way through without over cooking the exterior and that. You can take an otherwise usually tough cut and bring it to a temp and keep it there for a longer period of time getting it tender without drying it out. For cuts that are already tender like the filet you were taking about, not much benefit if any by using sous vide.

Ok so I've been reading a bunch of rgn threads mostly about common sense stuff. I've never ran a rgn and my dad has minimal experience with them. Talbert I'm 99% sure is what we pulled today. Pulled a 108in poop spreader is what it looked liked. Had a heck of a time getting the pin to go all the way back in after hooking back up

Im fine with loading/unloading and throwing chains but any pointers when dropping and hooking back up? I'll give you guys more details on trailer/neck specs. Hyd did everything, not sure what neck setup it has. Fairly new 2 axle all the way up to HH setups. Moving oilfield stuff around. I'm fine with the permits/paper work

I know some pics would help so next time I'm at the yard ill grab some.

Any good threads i should look at? I triple check everything or won't move until I know im 100% looking for some "don't do it stupid" advice from you guys that have been at this a while

Baby steps. Be patient. After Six and a couple other folks go without major issues we might schedule you for a trip too.
