Driver driving for 2 companies local full time. Is this legal?

I know it's a a troll post and all, just want to make a slight correction.
A person can be on-duty for any number of hours. They, however, cannot drive after the 14th

 

If you look at this man's picture "closely" you will see he has been through a lot. He needs a hug and to hit the lottery. I think he deserves it.

At least then you could fix it on the side of the road and usually with only the basic tools. This new #### you get a 500 dollar tow to the shop and that's the easy part, I've seen too many stories of the new stuff being absolute junk for me to gamble with it.

Sorry, wasn't clear. Just got home from my 14.5 hour day.
