One of my favorite things to make in the truck is a loaded baked potato. Wrap the potato in a moist paper towel and heat about 5-7min in the microwave add in the pre-cooked bbq beef or pork from the store with some cheese and sour cream and you got a good meal.

    I maybe should.

I make it really simple. I’ve started a keto diet so it wouldn’t be as fun for many.
I traditionally had a toaster, instapot, microwave and a panini maker which is a flat griddle, and slotted grate you can make burgers, fried eggs, or whenever on.

Had to go off the road to figure diet and health issues out, kind of there possibly but now if I can figure out how keep the progress I have had while on the road is just another step My main problem was the damage done from so many bad food episodes over the years so it is pretty much staying away from that romaine lettuce I liked so much.

All you need is a can opener and a stop at Walmart to get some plastic spoons

I don't cook in my truck. I don't want the humidity or the smell or the mess.

That being said, I can throw down some decent grub with a tiny propane grill.

And to think I only carry a case of MRE’s for blizzard survival.
If you have that kind of time to cook and barbecue, your sitting way to long.

I carry a handful of MREs as well.

Prep, grill, eat and clean-up time for me has always been about an hour.
