    If its got the Airliner suspension it could be as simple as the spring eye bushing being worn and the spring shifted left at the front.

    I agree for some reason ( torque)? That bushing is always first to go. He needs to measure from u bolts to wheel end on each side to check for broken / sheared / rusted alignment pins on axle/ block IMO that would tell for sure if axle has shifted.Frame looks fine

    That's not a frame problem, that looks like the spring is bent where the air bag mounts to it. I've seen it before where some idiot mechanic would use that point to life a truck axle.

    Edit - yes it could also be the spring bushing but I if the axle is aligned right, it won't be a bushing - end edit

    It is hard to see without being there but if the axles align right, assuming you have had an all axle alignment, then it could be a problem with just the spring.

    Also if you measure your frame width anywhere ahead of the fifth and then measure it at the point where the airbag mounts, and it is the same, the frame is not the problem.

    I wonder that the shop that removed and re-installed the rebuilt rear diff wouldn't have noticed a broken alignment pin or spring bushings... I also wonder whether they knocked things out of kilter or just screwed up in general when installing it. Like Kshaw, I didn't think much of it until the RF airbag popped off its bead. smh

    As for it sitting low, the suspension was aired down while replacing a brake cannister.

    I dont think the frame shifted, or is bent. It's more like one or more of the attachment points. Freightliner figured they would, as mentioned here, pull the ubolts line up the springs and axle and set it up correctly, figuring a half days work. He wouldn't know for certain until it was apart about pins, etc, but did say ride height was the beginning of evils. I personally wonder whether off-roading or re-install was the starting point. It needs done, but it's #3 on the must do list.

    Also, the opposite side fifth wheel lift rail is bent from trying to get under a pup trailer in a mud hole...whether that was a cause or contributor, I couldn't say.

    The more I look at the pic. It looks like the air bag was installed wrong. Dimples on top weren’t lined up With top bracket. Also top bracket looks bent.There’s a lot of wiggle room in the installation. They both need to be loosened, eyed up and tightened The bracket being bent makes it worse

    Injector cups can be replaced on that engine W/O pulling head.Unlike my 12.7

    When you take that truck in for somebody to work on that spring they'll find the problem. I have a Freightliner also, and what the guys have said is completely accurate.

    To me, that's a minor problem. It may cost you a little bit of money but when you take it somewhere you'll Drive-In with it like that and you'll drive out with it the way it supposed to be.
