2016 KW Paccar PX-7 Engine shut down problem

Hello, we have a 2016 Kenworth Flatbed with a Paccar PX-7 engine. Driver said warning light came on a message said: Shut Engine Down Immediately. He did. We started again and it will not go over 1,500 RPM. Any suggestions of where to find troubleshooting? Thanks!

This is a Cummins engine. Get hooked up and get faults. You have something causing a derate. If you have an emissions light or DEF light flashing it will be SCR related. All Cummins published troubleshooting is available on QSOL.
