Good read. My father was a teamster, FASH member in the thick of things. Interesting for this to be published in 2019. More people in the industry should study the history and past of trucking to full grasp what is going on.

 

I was playin around last night building new trucks and did a Cascadia. Black mid roof with no fairings and a painted to match front bumper and it looked pretty okay with the 72" sleeper.

Would I spend $150k+ on one if I could? Doubtful because at that price point there's s whole bunch of better options.

 

So true. And the ###### people who feel like everything is entitled to them. Example.... ya it don’t matter if I park right here at the front door of the convenience store and everyone else has to walk around my car, it’s more convenient for me to walk in and get my smokes. P$&@“$ me right the $&@? off. I taught my boys if I caught them doing that s&@$ id woop there ###&@.

 

There are some of them that look decent. I think if Pride transport didn’t have all of the flow below junk on their rides, they would look pretty good. I’m not anti Cascadia if done right but I refuse to drive a typical fleet one.

 

Pay me enough and I’ll drive a smart car

 

That’s my favorite place on that side of the world I’ve been to.

You can have Jamaica mon. If that place sank off the face of the earth the world would be a better place for it.
