I Like it when a good trucking company requires a HS diploma or GED For employment-

It Shows They want to hire people that actually cared about their education or had parents that forced them to finish school.
Weeds out some of the trash.

Praxair- A Good company to retire from- All these trucking companies should have at least HALF the quality benefits Praxair does

I can relate to Trilium. I worked for them for a year staffing for a Flatbed company. Really good company to work for. Great staff and pretty good pay with experience. I was making $14 an hr at the time in Knoxville, tn...

My previous employer is looking for people in Texas. Not a bad place to work, and the people are easy going. Depending on where you are in Texas, it might be worth looking into for you.

I think they just choose random cities in Texas to run the ads, and will accept drivers from almost anywhere in the state. You might want to look into it either way. I drove my truck home when I worked there so no commuting to their yard. I seem to recall their terminal in Texas is in Carrolton which is quite a drive from Houston, but they do a lot of business in Texas and have PU's and deliveries all over the state. I worked the west coast for them for 2 years.
