Got a call from dispatch as I crossed back into Canada. Lime place ran out of lime. An hour later they pushed the pickup back to tomorrow. Might get a salt pickup out of Rocanville, SK for Niverville, MB tomorrow, but don't know yet.

My wife will be happy that I get home tonight. I won't be happy that I'm not making as much money today.

When I was younger, I didn’t understand why mom emphasized manners so much. Before you could even talk, you were taught manners. Children were BRED. Well-bred children were a sign of distinguished and cultured parents.

So, you know how you go through that mode where you get out on your own and make your own rules and whatnot? Even then, you kept your manners. It’s funny, because you can meet a girl half your age, and she gets offended when you call her “ma’am,” but sees nothing wrong when everyone around her calls her B ! T C H. What’s even funnier is when you hear guys calling each other B ! T C H.

A friend of mine told me a couple days ago that her 17 year old daughter told her that she “identifies herself as a man.” Lemme guess, she cut off all the hair off her head and she’s pasting pubes to her chest.

“OMG! No, Six!”

Anyway, how does that work anyway? You just wake up one day and decide that you want to be something else? Ever notice that people with identity crisis are usually useless? Why identify with something useful? I mean, if I could wake up and identify myself as something else, I would like to identify myself as a billionaire. But whose going to give me a billion dollars? Heck, I’d take a billion pesos.
