    What a day!

Went to Rocanville for salt. 3:30pm load appointment couldn't be made earlier. Got loaded and out of there by 4:25. Drove straight back to the yard...

Get to Elie on the #1, backed up traffic. Go on the CB, no answer, too many imported van pullers. 20 minutes later, find out its a truck on fire on the right shoulder. Okay, I'm in the left lane, maybe they'll let traffic by.

Nope. Sat for 45 ####ing minutes to find out its on the EAST SIDE OF THE INTERSECTION and everyone in line could have taken the 248 south to the 2 (both full weight R-TAC highways)... but all of them are too scared to go off route and have their company yell at them for adding miles.

I'm not happy. I was hoping to get to the yard by 8-830 so I could be rolling by 630 tomorrow morning, but now I'm stuck here till 730 before I can even start the pretrip, and if I can't make Dunseith at least tomorrow night, I'm coming home Saturday. Grrrrrr....

    Ah well, such is life.

    Mannnnnnnn, alright...

Dispatch tells me it’s gonna be 35k of lumber. I finally get to speak to the forklift guy and it’s actually 43k of lumber. Well. Crap. Sooooooo, I ended up having him put that #### just right I tell ya...

“It’s gonna be heavy on the drives, man, I’ve done this a million times” BLAH BLAH BLAH

Stwik knows what he is doing, guy. Load that wagon!

Made Zamora California. Should be able to make it to “TA Aurora” from here tomorrow... may have to harp on it a little bit to make up for all the minutes I’m gonna spend pulling grades at 30mph but such is life.

Also. I made it roughly 15 months before having to tarp before strapping. It was absolutely pouring out when they were loading this... so... such.is.life.

I've been neer sighted since third grade....##### -4.00 contacts since I was fourteen. As I've gotten older I wear cheaters to read.....went to -4.00 in one eye and -2.95 in the other so I could see most things sorta close up....causes your eyes to constantly fight each other to focus.

Been having alot of problems the last couple years scratching my eyes causing alot of problems so mama got me regular glasses.

My point is you get used to wearing cheaters...when can remember where you put them....then your eyes get messed up and you put on regular glasses that are for seeing far away. Everything is axx backwards....takem off to read instead off putting them on...can't see shet looking over the top of them....so you sit them down and then you can't find them cause you can't see two feet in front of your face.

For some reason the pair mama picked out for regular glasses is the same style as the eight pairs of cheaters you have stashed all over.

Yeah I can't see my point either cause I can't see shet...
