I see they finally got it all figured out. Looks like a new format to pay through. As of 12-27-18 2019 UCR available. Anyone pay it yet? I’ll check it out later. Hope they didn’t screw the process up.Supposed to have lower fees and lower for 2nd yr operations.

Yea. Government site now....not Indiana...62 bucks plus 2.63 credit card fee. Print and file. I think there is option to print and write a check to save 2.63. Be a 50 cent stamp though.
GreenPete359 and Rideandrepair Thank this. -

What is this money for? Or is it just another money grab?

United Carrier Registration. Replaced Single State Regristration ( SSR) $ 220 a yr about 5 yrs ago. Initially $76 per yr plus $76 for trailer. Then 1 trailer free. $76 yr. lsst yr $73 this yr $63 Hard to imagine something actually going down. Waiting for HUT to go up from $550 yr. shhhhh!

It’s just another government money grab. I pay close to $1600/year for my IRP, and they want another $65 for the UCR ########. It’s like the $550 2290 crap. Hey, I guess they need to pay those nonessential employees somehow, right?
xsetra, Rideandrepair, Oxbow and 1 other person Thank this. -

I have a question about UCR. Are there any penalties to paying UCR fees even if the operation most likely will not operate INTERSTATE. I have terminals in multiple states and am asking because this would be easier than paying yearly fees to each state.
Rideandrepair Thanks this.
