    was on track for 65, then became a trainer and was on track for 90+. they've had a raise since then, could probably do 95+ (as a trainer) now

    I imagine he means "no thanks, training is not for me". That's what I'd be saying, regardless of pay. My proper sleep and physical and mental health wellbeing is worth $30k/yr pay cut. I would probably kick at least half the students out of my truck by day 3.

    I couldn’t be a trainer to save my life. It’s not worth the extra money to put up with that
