Permanent Authority (2yrs Old) Valid USDOT and MC Offered

I am here as a middle man posting for a member of the group that doesn't have his log-in info and cant recover it. He is offering his USDOT and MC number up for sale.
This number is 2 years old in March of 2019, is active.
CSA Score of Zero and has passed New Entrant Safety Audit.
This is for a Full Authority with zero citations, infractions, or violations.
I am not at liberty to disclose either numbers at this time nor the name of the company, I was asked to only provide the e-mail and phone number to this person with those that have a serious inquiry.
The authority is for Freight of All Kinds, Drive-A-Way Tow-A - Way ,Automobiles, Machinery , Coils and so on.
Please note I am neither here to debate the offer or its legalities, with anyone. I am under the impression and understanding he has looked into this and feels it is legal to do so, if you are not interested in obtaining this authority, I would ask you not post any remarks that can be construed as negative, or basically rude or obnoxious, as I will not respond to them. I am not here for anyone's opinion, I am merely posting on behalf of a friend who I do know personally. If you feel this is a scam so be it, It is not it is basically an offer to sell their authority at a reasonable price. Also note this is not for my own authority it is for a friend who is a driver in the works of regrouping and changing business structures.
