    Man on right of you gets the right of way.

    Start a stack of who got there first and take your turn when it is.

    Remember you can always abandon the left turn attempt, turn right and find a parking lot to complete your turn in and get headed in the correct direction.

    It should have been obvious. Approach the intersection with caution. Even tho the other person may have had their blinker on, NEVER trust it! Get into the intersection with your blinker on, if you must, wait for that traffic to clear before making the turn.

    Then again if you want, I am sure some one is filming these days and you too can be the next bad driver of youtube.
