There is a little more work than that. Yet it shouldnt cost more than $1500 to make that room useable for other things. Even if it became a mower shed. Plus you will be thanking us later.

But they just poured the walls and layers the blocks. From the top to the dirt is only around 6 foot .
I have the shed for the lawnmowers and I’m having a cellar room put in the other corner

Everyone around home has a real strong opinion on what I’m doing wrong and what I should do. And all their ideas only each cost me a few grand extra.
Like I don’t want a dishwasher but I should still install one in case I sell the place . Or hardwood floors, I hate them yet I should still get them . Roofing, siding, patios, location, water, countertops, insulation, design, windows, doors, contractor. It’s unreal.

Day 10 of hometime this time so far-

I've gained the upper hand on my years end accounting. Think one more day and it will go to accountant early next week.
The yard is completely out of control and has to be dealt with, but the playoffs are on today, so that might be that also until next week.

    dwells40 Thanks this.
