This is why I dont use Uber or any other BS wanna be broker... is the name of your trucking company located on the rate conformation or the bills? If not then there isnt a whole lot you can do... everything has to match before anybody will pay you.. this is why I always check the rate sheet and the bills...
KB3MMX and northface36 Thank this. -

To successfully sue someone, you need proof they owe you money. As others asked, do you have proof?
A signed bol will not work. It simply states you did a load, not a liad via Uber.
Now that said, get a contract lawyer and have him draft a letter to Uber. That will be your best bet.KB3MMX and northface36 Thank this. -

So did they pay the old carrier you use to work with or are they just not planning on paying anyone? Any chance you got the name of the women you spoke with about updating your info?

I feel for the OP that he did the work and did not get paid and he should be paid eventually and I hope he will but the load confirmation should have stated his DOT# before embarking on the load. That's a screw up on both ends. The simplest way would be for the old company, if honorable at all, to return money to the op. I hate to be Uber's advocate but being 100% impartial, there has to be some procedure to resolve this because this way everybody could claim someone else's loads. It may take time, knowing UBER and their " this issue has been handed to our escalation team. Please be patient, they will call you sir".
