what companies will hire me even if I’m on contract to crst. They are the worst company ever. I’m a California resident so my hr department said I’m not under the non compete clause, but I’ve been turned down by Schneider and u.s. express. Should I just not say I work at crst?
Crst is horrible

How long have you been at CRST... please dont say 2 weeks because you will be fighting a losing battle...

Most companies don’t want u to jump from company to company in your first year consider it a year of training pay might suck but it will look better on you. If u stick with your starter company. For a full year.
Puppage and BigHossVolvo Thank this. -
you cannot hide your employment. they will find out, then fire you on the spot, if they actually hired you, cuz you LIED on your application.drvrtech77 and Lonesome Thank this.

This, yes CRST sucks, yes its going to be hard, but you need a solid 1st year to go somewhere better. US express isn't somewhere better! What did Schneider say they wanted to see, before they would hire you? Them or JB Hunt would be my choice, if I lived in San Diego.Just passing by Thanks this.

My first company was Werner and they were going to put me on that account. I bailed right after training. My first year I went through several local jobs. I went to Walton milk hauling and been there over a year, I'm content with it. Made 60k last year home daily. I won't leave unless things change. Unfortunately my boss is in the hospital and I don't know allot of details but it worries me, he has been in the hospital over a month. I hope he makes it, don't know what would happen to the company. I'm praying for him recovering. He has been good to meTombstone69 and weirdpuckett Thank this.

Several of the jobs I went through in that first year were seasonal and weather depending. Not idea. Otr was never really on my wish list anyways. Not a fit with wife/kids/house
