That would negate the agreement and commitment to a dedicated Truck to the assigned load. Which sooner or later would create problems. Don't try to reinvent the wheel. carrier didn't get in that position by being dumb. Customer wants to do business with a ultra dependable carrier who flat-out gets the job done. No ifs, ands, buts or maybe's. That's what they get. They understand that there's no shortcuts to total quality.
