And one other thing... I rather run under heavy snow with no traffic than under light snow and traffic.... :biggrin_25519:

I dont blame you. I'm in Toledo now gonna try and head out at about 5am headed south hopefully I miss most of it. They are saying up to 9" here. Not good.

Better getting the load delivered safely late then, not making it.

    Be safe

I hauled a 12' wide 14'2" John Deere sprayer from Pine Bluff Arkansas to Sheridan Oregon last week. I went through all that mess on 80 and up 84. So your talking to a man that understands.

    Rocks and x1Heavy Thank this.

    It's not long at all.

I love details. And boy have you done it. lol.

Thank you kindly for taking the time. I understand your situation now.

Trip planning is something I think I am ok at and when you throw in forecasted weather say 24 hours ahead with today's data sources you can really understand what you are getting into.

    Rocks Thanks this.

Ya, sitting under a Live Unload in PA at this very moment... every sign in W VA and PA is telling everyone about the “Comm Veh Ban at Noon Sat”... hoping I’m empty after my ten and can get as far south as possible come sunrise.

x1Heavy, mjd4277 and Rocks Thank this.

You're welcome sir.... :biggrin_25519: I am into planning... ALL THE TIME... :biggrin_25523: Have to... being OTR in 48 states and pulling broker loads... I'm always going to "new" places and having to deal with the "incidentals" all the time...
GPS has being indispensable... to calculate duration of trips, locations and such. And the internet.... very helpful.... don't know how I would handle all that calculations and plannings without those tools.... I am not like the "old experienced" drivers.... :biggrin_25512:
