Yes sir. Most PEEC's have been converted over to mechanical, but not all. I am still running a 4ck C model PEEC and still runs good.

I've always enjoyed hanging out with old guys, even when I was a kid. Started when I was maybe 9. All the old guys that lived on our street would be sitting on someone's porch, or out in someone's yard, having coffee or beers, depending on the time.

I'd just sit and listen, ask questions or comment when it was appropriate. I was taught from the time I can remember to respect and defer to my elders, with strong reinforcement. So as a kid, it was ask to speak or if spoken to, then you could talk. That meant just hanging out listening to these old guys.

One time a kid my age asked me why I liked these old dudes so much. Had to correct him in that they weren't "dudes", they were men. Told him they tell the best stories, and they're a lot more fun than to listen to than the TV.

Nowadays anytime I find some old guys at a diner somewhere hanging out, I try to get a seat close by, or join them if they'll have me. Always a great time.

B model is full mechanical. Peec is a hermaphrodite. Mechanical with electronic pump. I’m not sure you could get a B peec. @wore out Is the go to on this. I know you could have a C mechanical and a C peec. It was right as they were changing from mechanical to electronic.

You know Monday is a holiday right? Only reason I know is I'm loading a fuselage tomorrow that delivers to the port in Houston on Monday. Problem is, the port is closed for the holiday and won't give me a crane appointment till 1:00pm Tuesday to put this on a barge going to Brazil that leaves Monday afternoon.

CAT made a B model PEEC from 87-91. I believe @wore out is running one, but converted though.

@catalinaflyer, you know what really gets me? The thing that irritates me the most? No one is tough anymore. Heck, I thought I was tough until I got into an old spring ride cabover and started pissing blood. I had never felt so beat up in my life.

But who do you complain to when everyone you work with is a tough old ba$$tard?

You don’t. No time outs, no simpathy, no participation trophy. “What doesn’t kill you, Six...”

    ...made me stronger.
