    I agree, but that is what they teach. I am not saying it is right or wrong. I decided not to work there due to ALOT of BS.

    Thanks to everyone for your input. Turns out after tightening down the screws a bit. that my compliance dept. said that the law had changed but for the public's safety and security, the company has decided to stay with 2 hours and 150 miles. Hey at least I got em to admit I was right.:biggrin_255:

    The old rule was every 2-hours, or every 100 miles, or at each change of duty status, whichever occurred first. 150 miles was for non-haz mat

    Yeah , that's really more safe and secure to have to pull over then merge back into traffic an extra 3 or 4 times a day . Why do they think the rule was changed ????
