Saw this after dinner. Nothing left except for some fat. I’m a medium to medium well type myself, but cooked like this they are always juicy still. Never need a sauce.

"Strangest", nothing really strange. I suppose the most useless thing is a small scissor jack that actually prints as a single piece. I've done a fully functioning model of a hi-bypass turbofan jet engine, a complete and flying copy of a DJI Mavic drone, many MANY drone and RC airplane parts, Lithopane pictures, a whole bunch of Baby Groots (sp?). Now I also ran the two 3d printers for the casino and there I made parts for the buttons on slot machines, brackets for TV's, sign toppers for slot machines, a crossbow, trebuchet, dice, chess pieces, brackets for server racks to custom mount different things, all manner of cable management items and just maybe a male member part for a pretentious HR manager beetch. (I got 2 weeks of unpaid vacation for the last one, no one could prove it was me but also no one else knew how to run the printers)1951 ford, peterbilt_2005, Tug Toy and 15 others Thank this.

The problem is pasta, potatoes and rice are pretty much converted to sugar. Look up foods on the glycemic index and it shows you how the food rates as far as sugar conversion goes. The lower the better.
Basically your body gets an insulin spike from sugar and high glycemic foods and says “hey, I’ve got a ton of energy, store as much fat as possible”. When my dad had issues with his A1C being high, mom asked me how to get it down so he wouldn’t risk his CDL. I said no carbs for 6 days a week, mainly fats and proteins. He went from 220-175, and his A1C dropped from 8.0 to 5.8 in 6 weeks. His doctor couldn’t believe it.Last edited: Jan 19, 2019

Just to clarify, I don't "need" sauce either but making a pan sauce from the fond left over in cast iron is like crack to a junkie. I cook the steak just to get the caramelized bits of awesomeness in the cast iron so I can extract them with some whiskey and cream. Honestly I could care less about the steaks, I want whats left behind in the cast iron, the steak is just a delivery method to get it from the pan to my stomach.1951 ford, Tug Toy, OLDSKOOLERnWV and 11 others Thank this.

Well the green chile stew turned out great...to me. Wife and daughter think it's too hot. Guess I know what I'll be eating for the next few days.
