Been looking at Keto myself, just so much info out there it can be confusing. I need Keto for Dummies, watered down, simplified, basic guidelines to follow. I just bought the book Wheat Belly and haven't had bread/crackers/etc for 1.5 weeks and it has really lowered my "hunger pains" and an added benefit is my knee pain in my right leg has all but gone away....he mentions joint pain associated with wheat btw.
I'm running linehaul tomorrow @1951 ford if you have a chance give me a call, I'm looking for some real world Keto help. I'll shoot you a pm with my number.1951 ford, Crusader66, shogun and 15 others Thank this. -

I know absolutely nothing about any diet, but isn't ketosis dangerous if you go too far?1951 ford, exhausted379, Crusader66 and 17 others Thank this.

I'll break it down exactly the way I do it, NO starch, no "added" sugars and at least a gallon of ROOM TEMPERATURE water a day. So, no bread, rice, potatoes and I only shop around the perimeter of the grocery store. Very rarely buy anything down the isles.1951 ford, Lysdexis, Crusader66 and 13 others Thank this.

Just my fast go to. Pork steak, taters, apples in a red wine sauce. Wife loves the pork and apples, I need the taters. About once a week. Couple of her lady coworkers have had it. And they love my pork! In there mouth. One asks all the time for it. Idk maybe I read into things to much.

Okay @jamespmack here's something strange, it's called a "Benchy" which is short for "benchmark test" on a 3D printer. This little boat tests all of the parameters of a 3D printer. Usually takes many tries, many adjustments and many hours of beating one's head against the desk to finally get one to print. I have the mechanical side of my printer about as fine tuned as one can be however the "slicer" software that converts the file to code for the printer usually requires months of tweaking to get correct. Unfortunately my computer with all my slicing and modeling software has died so I downloaded a fresh slicer and made zero changes to it other than adding a G29 code for my auto leveling bed. This is the resulting print, far from perfect but about as close to perfect as I have ever experienced on a first print.

As @catalinaflyer said kids "fond". This if it was a drug is what burnt up Richard Pryor! Don't do it. Tonight it's pork fat/meat fried in bacon dripping in this picture. It will lead to happiness and death at the same time. Your local butcher is selling it right over the counter and the USDA is stamping it. Stick to bath salts.

Took this 8 hours ago... still just raining. At least maybe it will take Wednesday's snow away before temps drop.
1951 ford, Crusader66, Tug Toy and 12 others Thank this.
