I have metal box for electrical parts( light's, fuses rubber etc), it has the original card board box that came with it, the card board box is split at the 2 seams, it scooted over and was sucked in covering the vent, it quit working

I had the same thing happen with a plastic bag. When it was running it would suck plastic bag to the intake and cause it to shut down then the bag would fall away, looked at it several times before realizing the bag was shifting and causing the problem.

unless its the simple stuff like changing a light, replacing a filter under the bunk checking fluid levels etc, Termination is in the air, yet some shops help out with certain parts. wire, connectors and so on.

New mount in a new truck? Does it have a 90 degree fitting at the exhaust end, or is it straight?

If you use bunk heaters a lot , you got to try russin made bunk heaters. Does the job as all well as other big company heaters.

I am using my Planar 44D 24v heater for 3 years, 0 problems. Once had an error...but Autoterm support center helped me fix everything over the phone like in a jiffy.
Whats simple makes your life simple right ?
Heat output of the Planar is realy good, till this day runs great. Pluss the spare part prices are lower. Mine is 4 kW

Dont need anything more or less.
If you want check them out.

I am satisfied with my Planar. Guys know what they are doing.

First thing i always do is very simple..Pull the cover off your espar bunk heater..Its very simple, take a flat head screw driver ,and take off the inlet air hose to the heater, and then remove plastic lid..Then simply take your air gun and blow it out REALLY GOOD..The littlest bit of dust will cause it to come on and then die..Or run and not blow hot .This is going to sound to easy, but 80% of the time it works..It make take several trys of blowing it out, then trying to start it, and repeating..
