Correct on all points. But triple of $26k is what?

I have 2 friends that retired as pilots. One from FedEx, the other UPS. They made killer money.

But those slots are limited and costly to train for.

How long was it until you realized that the AV division of every military reserve unit had day jobs, when you went to aviation mech school?

Keep shakin your head while the industry goes lower and lower.

Trucking is literally one of the last decent jobs a hardworking guy can get. Even though the pay is depressed, its still decent enough for food on the table and keeping thr lights on.

Yet people like you dont want to recognize whats detroying it. You'd rather just shake your head and point your fingers at people that dont deserve all your tsk tsking.

What really makes me sick is the guys that have benefited off the booms in the industry, or the ability to come in and be a bottom feeder, buying more trucks along the way, but ultimately doing more harm then good. As long as these kind of guys got their pockets fat, they literally dont give a crap about anything or anybody else. And to me, in my book, those kinds of guys are the problem. They need to go look in their mirror and point the fingers at themselves and ask is it worth destroying the the field so long as they get theirs.

I'm not saying this greed is a new phenomenon. But it has certainly grown, like a cancer.

I sleep in my truck 365. Get to see my kids about 10 days a year, if I’m lucky.

They haven't "fallen" at all, they just haven't gone up.

Or the ones that ride around in flashy rides, mainly big suv's yet their house is a dump. I'll never understand that one

@Wicked Wizard what part of Pa? I live 30 min north of Scranton and the prices are nowhere near as high as my family living in central NJ. You must be around a metro area
