@TripleSix I don't do ow/os. But I darn sure know when I'm doing something that ain't kosher! My back round managing a few shops and wreckers, I have a distaste for someone who says "I can't" Or I don't know how, I didn't know as a go to answer. My blood boils and I invision killing people, mass pile of body parts. Now you tell me "I have never done this, but I would like to learn" Ok lets do this together and I'm happy as can be! Stupidity is never a acceptable answer, even for myself.

I have offered my consulting service to mega fleets breakdown dept. I would just stand there. Tack hammer in hand collecting 80k flat fee. Anytime someone makes a bad choice I hit them in the head with said tack hammer. Figure I could have it running well by Thursday. My wife's boss, that most of his facility is women run seemed the most intrested out of anyone I have mentioned my consulting business too.

I like to use the line on Cashiers, Waitresses, Bartenders or whoever just to throw them a curveball. I will leave with the line “ Hey thanks for coming in today”! Sometimes it breaks them out of there funk but kinda stops them in there tracks and opens them up to talk.

Next time if it ask if you "do you want cash back", ask the nice lady in a funk if it has to be your cash? She will look at you and laugh when she gets it. Banker "What can I do for you? Get me a shoe box full of twenties not from my account will be nice, offer to split it. I'm a sharing person. Warning do not do this with ski mask. Its meant to be funny, not felony.

Speaking for my profession only and it is government employment, it's amazing how being average is so accepted and being below average is normal. Being on top of the pile gets you nothing but more work, (doing the average or below average guys' work), but the minute you balk at it or complain about it YOUR the bad guy. I may balk and/or complain but I still do it.

The average and below average guys' mindset is why do it, somebody else will get it done, and those of us at the top of the pile do. I always say where I work that I would estimate 30% of the workers overall do 100% of the work, everyone else either don't show up for work or are on their phones at work, stand around talking to each other, or are just screwing off looking busy.

I'm with Six. How people get out of bed, come to work and not care about doing they're job to the best of their ability is baffling to me but it is the way it is, it's a mindset and no one is going to change people like that's minds or make them understand.

No matter how much I feel I'm getting screwed over, how bad the weather is, (I work outside), how hard the job is, how bad I feel, how long it takes, I do my job 100% all the time and if I'm finished I go help someone else with their's or I go find something to do. It's funny, people will tell me I need to slow down and not work so hard and I ask why? I have yet to get an acceptable answer. The thing about it is is that I don't do anything special, all I do is what is expected of me and bu it is so out of the norm it seems special, smh.

I think it's all part of the dumbing down and acceptability of average anymore. When I deal with someone who go's above and beyond I always make sure to let them know that they stick out and if it's in the food service field I tip very well.

Being above average to people that are doesn't take any extra effort, they just are.

Time to mosey another 2 hours down the road.

Checked the SWRS and I've got basically 4 on 40 and hovers at 2 on 1 so that tells me antenna is too long from what I read, and possibly a ground issue.

In the diagnostics the RF out and ant both pass so I'm not entirely sure what to so.

Just now getting caught back up here.

Just now getting caught back up here.
I started at 248 lbs and managed to get down to 236 over the course of 2-3 months, just by adding exercise, and reducing the sweets. I've had one soda in the last 19 months and it really wasn't that spectacular, too sweet.
When my wife and I started, I was by the book strict for 10 days and lost 14 lbs. Like @catalinaflyer said, the cravings are intense for the first 4-5 days as well as the "Keto Flu" (https://blog.bulletproof.com/definitive-guide-to-conquering-keto-flu). Water, and lots of it, is your friend. It will help flush your system. Over the next couple months, the weight just dropped off. I've gone from snug 38" jeans down to somewhat snug 34's and tight 2XL t-shirts down to snug XL t-shirts. I still want to get around 20 more lbs off, I'm currently hanging out in the 203-205 range.

As far as the food, no sugar and low carbs are my daily goals.
Almost daily, breakfast consists of 3-4 eggs or an omelet with bacon.
Lunch is meat and cheese, or leftovers from the night before.
Dinner is chicken, pork, fish or beef and vegetables that don't grow underground. We eat a lot of squash, zucchini, broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, asparagus, okra (my wife) and green beans. When we can, we grill the meat and vegetables. We also use spices as we see fit. Almond milk and almond flour (a bit pricey) are used for breading instead of regular milk and white flour. Coconut milk and coconut flour are options (coconut flour is way cheaper), but there will be a hint of coconut flavor in your food.
My snacks are cheese and prepackaged deli meat (ham, turkey, chicken, etc.). I drink unsweet tea, black coffee and water. Occasionally, I will eat a dannon light and fit flavored greek yogurt for a treat. The plain greek yogurt is pretty nasty.
I got my wife an air fryer and she uses it almost exclusively now. She'll do fish, pork, chicken breasts, hamburgers, meatballs (with no rice) and steak in there. Most of the time, everything but the fish and meatballs are wrapped in bacon. An air fryer would be something to look at for in the truck as well.
Everything I've listed, I eat as much as I want.

Not to sound like a paid spokesman, but as you know, everybody will be affected differently by a change in eating habits. It may take a bit to see results, but let me tell you, it is more than worth it.
That's kind of a quick and dirty version and a little back story as to where I'm at.

Cauliflower rice instead of pasta. You have to season it up, or it will still taste like cauliflower.
