This notice was sent to Givernor of Illinois and he replied back to me asking me to go to attorney general, i called attirney general and the lady told me sorry we can't help you because you are business and you have to get a lawyer, i got lawyer leading me nowhere.*
Our Story:
We truck drivers and owner operators need justice in Illinois. We are being used by some carrieres in chicago area and some other part of the state. We are asking to protect our right and get those who take advantage on drivers to the justice.

I'm glade i found this website to write some very important things happening in Illinois. I'm a business owner in illinois very new, i own a small busniess with my partner. Before we worked for carrier in chicago area, then we decided to start our own business in illinois because we believe it is a good place to do business at especially trucking, we started as owners and working for companies and struggling to get our self on our feet.
Lately we ended up working for a business owner Named Marko, the business name is MMM Solution inc. We worked for him for three weeks and made approximately 30,000 gross. When its time to get paid he tried to find anything to hold our pay. We were patient and trying to make him send us what we worked for and agreed. Still having issue and he is trying to threaten us in anyway he could, he asked us to drive empty to chicago from Massachusetts, we asked for fuel and he refused, we had to get fuel our self even we never recieved any pay from him and we asked him from the start to provide us with the card. We got our self at least more than half way till columbus ohio and he was threatening us that we stole his trailer. His safety called me asked us to take trailer and she said that we were fired, then i won't have no more authority to run under because i was running under theirs and he asked me to take trailer to joliet illinois without no logs and no authority. Called Fmcsa and one of the employee asked me not to drive when no authority.
This is just one example of mine, but there are many examples out there, many drivers want to get justice and they are struggling, some of them afraid of losing jobs some of them don't know where to go and where to start.
Please i'm asking Mr. GOVERNOR AND ANY ONE WHO HAS THE POWER OVER THE STATE OF ILLINOIS TO HELP US GET JUSTICE.

This conplaint is aginst the company Named below, the profile of the company as fellow:
Name: MMM Solution INC. Chicagfor them and moving their freight, in the main time they ae trying to scare us and telling us they will call police for us if we don’t do what they order, the last time the general manager called me to tell me that I stoke his trailer done we feel unsafe going to face them and go to their location, Also the office where we met Marko when he first hired us is not documented under his business name, It is now after the due date to receive statement and pay for our company. We are Asking the labor department and any person who has the power on state and federal agency, to help us get justice and get paid what MMM solution INC owe us.
Because the owner removed us from his company after we stopped in Columbus Ohio which is my place of residence, Safety Maja told me and also wrote me a massage twice once she told me you are fired 3 days ago and another time she said we are fired 2 days ago. We were about to drive to Chicago after we applied with company who would help us with fuel after Marko decided not to pay for our fuel, then after I heard we can’t run under their authority I called FMCSA to report mmm solution that asked me to take trailer(# U90908) to them without running under any authority, FMCSA told me that I don’t have to take the trailer to them when I can’t do it legally. I figured out that the trailer is rented from XPO and I called them, one of the customer service representative told ne they will send a driver to take the trailer to Amazon but from then didn’t hear back from him.

Because mmm solution is not sending us no professional documents to communicate the issue with us about paid our company pay after the job was done we feel unsafe going to face them and go to their location, Also the office where we met Marko when he first hired us is not documented under his business name, It is now after the due date to receive statement and pay for our company. We didn’t work from the last time we delivered the load to Wilmington MA on October 1st 2018 and we are still waiting to fix the issue with mmm solution and the trailer we are having with us.
I’m including details of Job we did with the company below.
Please have this report on file in case something went wrong or in case mmm solution taking wrong action against us, and also we need to be safe if in case we meet them thus days.
Until today October 10th, 2018 We never received any pay. On October 5th, 2018 Maja the safety texted me a message that we were fired 3 days ago, meaning she fired us on October 2nd while we are still driving for them and trying to make our way from Wilmington, MA to Chicago, IL when Marko decided to bring us empty 1000 mikes away and he refused to send us fuel as usual to get the fuel from truck stop in order for us to cover this expense as we never get paid from him and he has all money we made from loads we moved for him.
We signed the contract with Marko Nikolic, the general Manager of MMM solution inc in his new office located at 7700 Brush Hill Rd, Burr Ridge, IL 60527 on September 14th 2018.
The first load we received from mmm solution was on September 17, 2018 total miles of 1757 pick up from Bolingbrook, IL to Las Vegas, NV for the amount of $5000.00. Other loads with mmm solution are in the list below:
September 19th, from Torrance, CA to Union City, GA for the amount of $7000.00.
September 22nd, from Demopolis, AL to Kansas City, MO for the amount of 2500.00.
September 24th, from Topeka, KS To Romeoville, IL for the amount of 1000.00.
September 25th, from Northlake, IL to Reno, NV $3000.00 and from Northlake, IL to Union City, CA
For amount of $3000.00. Two stops for total amount of $6000.00.
September 27th, 2018 from Concord, CA to Wilmington, MA for the amount of $9000.00.
The Grosse of all loads is : $30,500.00
The Total amount of fuel used during all trips is : $5927.81 (receipts available upon request).
Other charges he may take out of the pay are and we were agreed on are:
He paid Motel out if his pocket for 3 days in burr ridge, IL. We didn’t ask him to pay it, I asked for work but we had to wait till Monday.
Drug test for both of us, He choose to pay him self the amount should be $60 each driver.
Cargo Insurance is $200.00 weekly from 09/17/2018 to 10/02/2018( day we were fired). 2 weeks*$200.00= $400.00
Trailer rent: $200.00 weekly from 09/17/2018 (first load and first day we work for mmm solution) to 10/02/2018. Total amount is 2weeks*$200.00= $400.00
8% of every load is for dispatching total amount is 8%*$30500= $2440
As a result of this calculation mmm solution owe us an amount of
$30500.00-($5927.81+$400.00+$400.00+$2440.00) = $21332.19

 

Be careful out there. Chicago is not an easy place to work when it comes to trucking position.
MMM Solution is just one of the worst trucking companies out there.
It may run under another business name, so make sure you look for someone named Marko he is very young. His safety: Maja
