to be honest...I am def in need of some place new. I really enjoy what I'm doing now, however, I want to be home more, and since the company I'm currently with kicked my wife off of the insurance, I have no choice but to leave and make sure my wife is taken care of. Only thing I'm scared of(ABF-wise) is I've heard you won't make but $35-45K the first few years. YET, one driver on here said you can easily clear $60-65K a year(starting) and that is what the TM told me in interview. At this point, I'm taking one day at a time. Waiting on ANY CALL from either and see where it goes from there.

If you want to pull old ####ty trailers that should have been at the junk yard long time ago then by all means come to FXF. Also let's not forget about our wonderful management that can't understand that we don't have enough tractors and 48 ft. trailers to run city operations. I won't even mention anything about lack of pallet jacks or handhelds.....
Leaking roof? No problem lets put a placard on it. That should fix it
Some road drivers couldn't be bothered to do a post trip at the end of the day. You pick an empty pup and see this. Let the other driver deal with this problem..... Lovely
The only good thing about this place is that you can make good money while being home everyday and off on weekends.BigHossVolvo, MACK E-6, yankatank and 2 others Thank this. -

We just got a brand-new, stickers-still-on-it 40' liftgate, most of our tractors are new in the last year or two, and we get the equipment we need to do our job. Sounds like something is seriously wrong with your yard management.Texas_hwy_287 and Fuelinmyveins Thank this. -
Apprently our yard is one of the worst in the north east Pa at the moment.Texas_hwy_287 Thanks this.
