Who else is having a bad week?!

I know theres a guy that advertises on the cb , he gives bus rides down to mexico , other than that just keep ur curtains open at the truck stop all night and u will see all the ####ery that goes on down there lol

 

With the way some of the bozos are in the truckstop flyin thru in 10th gear like a bandit trucker with his ### on fire , they make me nervous on dry pavement on a warm sunny day

 

OK, so there's "No-Fault" states, like Minnesota, when it comes to insurance claims. That means your insurance pays for your damage, and Other Guy's insurance pays for his, unless there's a clear-cut case of negligence or some such.

"Find-Fault" states are where the insurance company of the at-fault driver pays up. That's why you find so many citations in AZ even in single-vehicle accidents--someone's gotta get the blame. I love AZ, but that's one of the very few things I'd change about it.

 

I almost hit a ####ing Prius today. I-71 near Cinci and there are concrete barriers on each side as its a construction zone. 60mph speed limit. Prius takes an exit and comes to a stop on the exit ramp as traffic is backed up. Decides they don't want to wait and so they take a nice hard left turn across the chevrons and a snow pile and come right into my lane, the right lane doing about 5mph. I'm doing about 58 at that moment. I had no idea this truck could turn that fast and not flip. How I didn't hit that #### Prius I don't know but I called safety and cursed like hell and told him get their ####ing license plate I want to file ####ing charges. Had someone been on the side of me in that bumper to bumper traffic I would have had to pick who I was going to kill. He told me to calm down and that our cameras can't read license plates so just relax.

Man that pissed me off.
