Can’t go wrong with a dd15. Out of all the newer emissions engines the Detroit definitely feels the most oldscool like. Reliability never really has been a problem with Detroits

Do a glider its cheaper get a c15. 90k+ 7 mpg better up time plenty of power best engine ever made period
My father drove it i road with him we almost hit 100k milk ways alot lol that ol cat could pull older engines are better and cheaper. A 389 or w900 Glider kit from Fitzgerald is around 120k compared to a top of the line w900 or 389 thats about 190kLast edited by a moderator: Feb 17, 2019

X15 565/2050$162,400
In house Detroit $150ish what ever that means.
N14 $172,000
C15 $195,000
I ordered the truck with X15 cause I wasn't paying more for rebuilt engine and trans and wouldn't consider one of there in house Detroit's after a local company had 7 of them that stayed broke down.I also ordered it from rush for $150,550 saving myself about $12,000 off the top over Fitzgerald.Dave_in_AZ and daf105paccar Thank this. -
