Governor on compressor? It can be adjusted or changed. It should kick in just under 100 psi and kick out around 120-125.psi easily adjusted New ones come pre set but often need a little adjustment.Easy fix just change airlines and 2 bolts install plugs in unused ports ( match it up like the old one air fittings and plugs )Stick with Bendix New.$25 Reman $15 are junk from my past experience. EGR info above my pay grade. Good Luck

It’s probably the air governor. Some you can just adjust some you have to replace. It’s cheaper just to run a straight pipe. I don’t know anywhere has a law against them. I run one. Just don’t use your jake breaks going thru town. Might get a ticket for excessive noisy exaust

Is it throwing a code? Blue smoke is oil burning. In the cyclinders or turbo. Pull the exaust side of the turbo off and run your fingers around the inside of the turbo and see if it feels oily.

Colorado is the only state I know will give you a ticket ($1,650.00) for not having a muffler if you have engine brakes installed.

I was only given a verbal warning once in Lamar in 2017. Never was mentioned before in the 10 years I have ran thru Colorado.

    Good luck.
