What kind of drug test did they do? Pee test only? Or Hair follicles as well?

Took me three months to finally get hired on. Only took like a week or so for DT and background to come back. Good luck tho.

I feel you, I hired on with a grocery company, soon as I got comfortable there, I got the green light for FedEx. I’m excited - it’s going to be a 7 dollar pay raise for me, but I still have a couple days until I start. You going for linehaul or city driver?

How much experience do you have?
I was looking at fedex freight driver apprentice, have cdl ( tanker and hazmat) but havent driven since I got it, and I thought they trained you their way and when ready they sent you out on road 4 to 8 weeks? they say cdl or permit so I didnt think I would get a road test to get hired, just one to finish training? I know there is frdex ground which it sounds like I need to stay away from. fedex express not sure what difference in them. fedex freight might be city driver or "road driver" that goes from one hub to another and works the dock inbetween( i have no problem with that) I also thought there was an otr that went mon to friday teams but havent seen anything about that in awhile? I had to stay at a job awhile to see if wifes new job worked out. all good ,but I need to get out of my job, a year of hell is enough, but just didnt want to leave and 3 weeks later, oh crap i dont have a job......thanks everyone for any info!!!!

I second that statement. If Walmart was a daycab and back home or get a hotel kind of a job I may have stayed there. They were great people to work for in my case and easy work.
