Actually me too I've never heard anyone say anything good about PeopleNet. :/.

This switch is probably related to that I guess. Probably needing to replace all of the units. They got a better deal from PeopleNet.
I got there late yesterday so all of the office people were already gone except for Ruth ( and a few of the dispatchers presumably but they wouldn't know).

Otherwise I would have asked about it
The Mechanics didn't know much about it except for the fact that all new trucks are getting them.

Actually I asked one of the truck mechanics (want to say Jared), he said he didn't know anything and he pointed to the guys that were working on the new trucks.

    #### Ton of Trucks and New Trucks at the yard btw.

The newer peoplenet units I found to be very easy to work with when I used them

See how long before one of the drivers throws it out the window or punches it and breaks the screen .

Peoplenet is not nearly as user friendly as qualcomm/omni and editing on-duty time and dealing with the inbox will make you pull your hair out

So far I've used qualcomm/omnitracs,xrs,peoplenet,keeptruckin,telogis and fleetmatics. The IVG is by far the best but it has to be setup right by the company ; a simple update will throw you off completely and make you dislike it too

I agree. Used Qualcom for 2 years. Now on Peoplenet with new company. It is not very user friendly..not a fan.

Maybe bad luck this time around not sure.

I think I've only been late for home time two or three times.

I’ve been deadheaded from Chicago, Indianapolis and KC when I worked there. I lived in Southeast Missouri at the time.
