Hey, how did everything go?

 

Everything went well, until. I got to the clinic. And my BP was sky-high So I only got a 3 month card. Went to my GP and blood pressure was normal. So he give me a note saying my bp is normal and no meds are needed. I'm going back Friday and see how it goes. Thanks for asking.

 

Drink plenty of water before and if you are a coffee, soda or tea drinker, don’t have any that day before you go. Also don’t eat any foods that may be high in sodium. In the past my BP was borderline to high at a DOT physical and normal at home. My Primary Care Physician told me that the slightest bit of caffeine coupled with the stress of the work physical caused my blood pressure to skyrocket. He was correct in my case as I haven’t had an issue in years.

 

You’ll be fine. When you start let me know how you like it. I’ve only been here a week, and it’s going great so far. My barn is super laid back.

Theres actually a guy in the program now. After him its another guy then me so im still waiting. Things are picking up so its looking good.
