Offer To Teach

The only thing I can offer is to ask yourself and be honest: "Am I a patient person"? You not only are going to need an abundance of patience, but also nerves of steel. I personally don't think I could do it. I trained entry level drivers briefly for my previous company and I absolutely hated it....and they had already been through CDL school. Id say if you do it, be patient.
Not everyone learns as fast as some.
