Between my detour and alternator crapping out on Friday... I timed that winter storm that’s hitting Buffalo just right. Nothin quite like doing 40-50 miles of nothing but 60mph gusts, snow, and visibility of maybe 200’...

That takes the cake for the worst crap I’ve driven through.... I will say this though. The roads were as smooth as I could’ve asked for.


Not all of us are large car-ing it across Montana and making time. Some of us gotta deal with ELDs, Eaton 10 speed shift when it feels like it automatics, and a temperamental Cummins that’s so slow you’d think a horse and a wagon cart would get it there faster... you understand Mr. C16?!

Been noticing my starter being a little weak at times. Went to fire up my truck earlier, wouldn’t even roll over 3 good turns. Process of elimination has pointed to the stater. It’s laying in the garage floor waiting to be traded in.....

 

So many trucks are gonna be clogged up. Sheesh.

 

Wondered if @laaylor had stepped out on us! Welcome back!

 

LOL well I can say we haven't had any complaints from oncoming traffic. With plenty of two lane roads around here that have little dips and rises, RR crossings and such, someone will be sure to let you know if you're lights are blinding.

 

Good ole unsweet tea for me.

 

Usually I leave it in a phone booth. Kinda quit doing that after I fetched it once and it was wearing a spandex shirt with a big S on it and had a nasty note pinned to it. Something something about Turf ?
