According to OSHA:
"Those employers do not have to implement engineering controls to limit exposures to the new PEL until June 23, 2021, three years later than other general industry and maritime employers. From June 23, 2018 to June 23, 2021, hydraulic fracturing employers can continue to have employees use respirators when exposures exceed the PEL."

Halliburton is a complete waste of time.Arbtrary schedule changes, hour cuts, micromanagement. They over manage the simplest job.Dont waste your time.

Are you driving for Halliburton directly?
Halliburton drivers always try to tell me that Halliburton plans to hire in enough drivers to replace all the sub contractors but I keep telling them they are out of their minds thinking they can possibly find thousands of drivers
-
I think they figured out they can’t dispatch that many drivers and they’re drivers don’t sit around like we do. They well goes down and they chassis out. We are expected to sit around for free.

The hard part is getting in with a company that won't screw you over. You'll never see them advertise looking for drivers, we only got in because my dad knew a handful of drivers and the last company my dad ran sand for both bosses know each other. Its a small circle and you pretty much need to know someone to get your foot in the door
