400 cummins information

My 359 is an '81

All the N14's came out as "red heads" black engine block and red tops on the heads NTC were painted Cummins beige NAPA still carries the beige

 

or you could just paint it anyway you like here is another good looking NTC BCIII

 

What you mean parts should be available longer the NTC 400 will never go out of style Pittsburgh Power still has everything to pump them up they love them that's what they first started the business on doesn't take much to get 500hp plus out of the big cam 400

 

I bet they are probably both NTC big cams

 

Yeah Tombstone is right check the frames real good especially under the 5th wheel mounting plate water gets between it and the frame and just sits there and rusts the flange on the frame completely away

 

I was talking about the cabs.

 

Stay away from low-flow radiator, but I like that truck better.

 

Probably not an N-14 but they were definitely in production by 91. Went to a week long N14 Cummins school in 1986. That was while working for a major company that guinea pigged a lot of new stuff. I only remember formula being an NTC. I do not remember a formula after the 1988 BC4 model came out.
