So, its 65 and sunshine. Tonight we are expecting snow. Typical Mississippi winter weather.

Mom wants me to talk to my nephew. He stays up until 0400 playing video games. Of course he’s sucking in school.
If he were my kid, he would never have the game. In fact, he wouldn’t have a door on his room, a television or a phone or anything at all until his grades were acceptable.
But he’s not my kid.
He’s not a bad kid, but he will be a worthless adult. I wonder where my sister got the idea that spoiling you boy and not giving him any rules or responsibility is good child rearing. -
I don't think so. I only run 46% max closing on the turbo, and have speed limiting to 105k rpm, which shouldn't exceed 40 psi of boost. My programming is in very safe limits, I back out if boost exceeds 38psi, and will edit tables accordingly if it's frequent.
The twin turbo Cat's push 55-60 psi, so it shouldn't deform like that with approx 20% less pressure, and it's the same CAC with the same chassis. I have cross referenced it to verify.
I had one do the same thing on it's very first trip in July '06. I'm not sure if it's a mounting issue or if Behr, who makes them for Paccar, is using too thin of material for the dimensions of the T800 WH CAC. The core size alone is 48"w X 32"h, so it's darn big.
I typically get about 2 years outta them.
This one was installed in Aug, so it's not very old, nor has a lot of miles on it. 52,269km/32,480mi to be exact.
This is the July '06 one. It "ballooned" on the bottom, where the current one was the third tube from the top. The '06 one didn't split, I saw it while sitting at the table having a beer and went WTF!
